How to Book

To attend Dave & Suzanne's wedding the following information is required to book your space.

* Full Names exactly as shown on valid passport of each guest per room
* Birthdates of each guest
* Full mailing address including postal code
* Telephone number including area code
* Email address
* Departure Airport City eg. St John's, Halifax, Toronto, etc
* Form of payment

Email or the form above is the preferred method of communication because it guarantees correct booking details and spelling of names.

We can hold 30 seats  (until October 16th) extended to Nov 23rd and will need to have your deposits on file by then. After this date, any new bookings would need to be requoted.

Deposit required amount is $250 per person, and is non-refundable.

We would like to receive a copy of your passport picture page, which you can copy and send to us by fax at 753 9952, by email, or even by taking a photo of it on your phone and emailing it from there.

This package is through Air Canada Vacations and their terms and conditions will apply to your booking. Please note that deposits are always non-refundable.

Final payment will be due by 60 days prior to travel, so by April 22nd, 2016.
